Through learning the skills of Instinctive Meditation you can develop a long term, enjoyable and life enriching meditation practice.
In this course, Lorin will guide you through experiencing a dozen or so beautiful skills that will help you overcome common obstacles to meditation.
IF YOU EVER FELT that you can’t meditate because you:
- can’t make your mind blank
- can’t sit still
- have too many racing thoughts
- can’t focus on your mantra, etc
then this program is for you!
Meditation is the practice of paying attention to life. It is a practice of loving tenderness.
