Touch is a magnificent skill, like playing a musical instrument. Continuous practice is needed to be able to express yourself. You may have gotten out of touch with yourself, the you that likes to be touched, in giving and receiving.
If now you are in the process of recovering your social life, be forgiving toward your body and your inner feelings. You may be going through a new kind of adolescence.
The isolation we all experienced in the pandemic is akin to a meditation retreat, in terms of the deprivation. There is a good side, perhaps - you get to be a teenager again and re-enter the world. If you accept the strangeness, you can utilize this to make new decisions and re-discover your true body.
A healthy meditation practice allows all the life energies to flow, all the forms of intelligence we have access to. All the chakras want to awaken and flow and unify their energies to function in harmony and support you in pursuing your desires in life. This is always highly individual.
