The Body of Love

Meditation can be a profound support for intimacy with yourself, with life, and with the cosmos. Over the course of our Training, we study the art and science of a healthy, vibrant approach for people who live in the contemporary world.

Instinctive Meditation is a Path of Intimacy. We cultivate loving awareness in our inner and outer worlds – a wide-open embrace of all of who we are.

One of the most important aspects is learning how to bust old repressive ideals and tap into your innate, essential freedom and joy and during our training we explore some foundational elements of this life-affirming wisdom:

  • The purpose of meditation is to prepare us for life because it gives us back a higher quality of living.
  • The challenge of meditation is always finding what works for you. Your particular you – your preferences. Thus, we each have to find our individual way of being in meditation.
  • Meditation is a skill set to dare to be with what you love, to being in love with life.
  • The Path of Renunciation is designed for monks and nuns. Their style of meditation prepares them for a monastic life.
  • The Path of Intimacy is designed for everyday people. Their meditation practices prepare them to thrive in the everyday world.
