My journey into healing practices began with yoga during my pregnancy with my second son. The experience nurtured both my body and mind, sparking a new calling, the desire to teach. Just three weeks after his birth, I followed my heart and began yoga teacher training.
Since then, I’ve continued exploring practices that cultivate ease, resilience, and wholeness, becoming both a certified yoga teacher and an Ayurveda Health Counselor.
Through yoga, I’ve discovered that the practice is about understanding tension, engaging fully when needed, and surrendering gracefully when it’s time to rest. That same wisdom shapes my approach to meditation.
When I discovered Instinctive Meditation, it felt like another homecoming. Meditation became less of a task and more of a refuge, a natural way to reconnect with myself and with life.
As a teacher, I love introducing people to meditation in a way that is approachable, compassionate, and deeply connected to their own human experience.
I hope that each person I work with discovers meditation as a practice that helps them move through each day with greater presence, clarity, and joy.
