You’re most welcome to join her online, for live group sessions (with gentle movement), or personal 1-1 cuppa tea ‘n’ heart-to-hearts!

Her offerings are shared as part of “living in the gift” or on a “sliding scale” basis and aim to be as financially inclusive as possible.

When not online with yogini antics, Nic’s a farmarista of an off-grid organic almond, fig and saffron farm in Andalusia, so may be found climbing trees, communing with fairies, hip swirling under the stars, or eating cake by the fire!
She’s also a guest lecturer for “The Centre For Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management” (CNELM) sharing research with MSc students on the clinical benefits of yoga and meditation and offers weekly relaxation sessions for students and staff.

Nic’s meditation journey began in 2006, and she’s been playing with the paradoxes of life with Lorin, Camille and Instinctive Meditation® since 2016.
With a ten-year background specialising in women’s health (as a Nutritional Therapist) and five years as an MSc Research Supervisor (in Personalised Nutrition), her yoga related certifications include: 500-hrs with High Vibe Yoga (in hatha, pranayama and subtle energies), 200-hrs in Instinctive Meditation®, Yoni Shakti, Nidra Shakti, Yoga Nidra & Neuroplasticity, MyoYin, Restorative and Laughter Yoga.
