
Tania Kazi embarked on her meditation journey through her Positive Psychology studies at Harvard University. With a background in Behavioral and Positive Psychology, she has dedicated over fifteen years to studying and teaching the mind/body/spirit relationship through yoga, meditation, and wellness practices in New York City and globally.
Tania is a 500 hour Certified Instinctive Meditation Instructor She specializes in movement as a path to healing and meditation as a transformative journey toward understanding and evolving one’s intrinsic patterns. Her compassionate approach empowers students and clients to access their innate wisdom, achieve fulfillment, and cultivate purposeful, uplifting relationships.
With her extensive experience leading wellness retreats around the world, Tania creates immersive experiences that guide participants into deep healing and self-discovery.
