I’ve always felt a quiet calling to support others, whether through leadership and mentoring in the corporate world, or in personal moments of simply being there for people who needed someone to talk to. Over time, yoga and meditation began to reshape that calling. It opened a new path for me to guide others through movement, stillness, and embodied presence and to invite people to find their own way toward calm, balance, and self-understanding.

In my teaching, I encourage slowing down and listening deeply to the breath, to sensation, to the subtle language of the body. This practice becomes an exploration of the inner landscape, a way of meeting ourselves with gentleness and curiosity. Through this soft attention, we begin to unravel the patterns that hold us back and create space for clarity, ease, and growth.

Nature has always been my greatest teacher. I grew up among the rugged wilderness and coastlines of Tasmania. These places taught me stillness, wonder, and belonging. Long before I knew the language and path of Tantra, I felt its essence in the way I experienced the world: the rhythm of the ocean, the pulse of the wind, and the quiet sacredness of being alive. When I recently discovered Tantric yoga through my yoga teacher training and the Instinctive Meditation® teacher training, it felt like a remembering and a way to give words and form to something I had always intuitively known.
